We gladly accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards.

fully comply with strict Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards. For your own protection,
please do not send credit card numbers within an email note as this is not a secure method
of transmitting personal data. If you prefer not to give out card numbers over the Internet,

with the store's credit card terminal.
If you'd like to
pay with a Personal or Business Check instead, we can accomadate you too. However, this will
greatly add to the time for receiving your order, as we must wait for the check to clear
your bank before we ship. That normally takes about 5-7 business days after we receive
your check. Certified Checks and Money Orders are also accepted, but do not require
any clearing time, so we can ship the order as soon as it is received. Mail your check

Sales Tax
We must charge 8.25% sales tax if shipping to an address within the state of Texas unless you are one
our established wholesale accounts and have provided us with a Texas Sales & Use Tax ID number.
Shipping
Orders typically ship within one business day. All of our packages are shipped door-to-door
via United States Postal Service (USPS) or Federal Express (FedEx). You will be given these
two options when checking out.
United States Postal Service (USPS):
With USPS, you have a choice of 2 shipping methods: Priority Mail® or Express Mail®. We find
Priority Mail® is typically the most economical way to ship.
USPS Priority Mail®
Packages are usually delivered in 3-4 days. Delivery to every address in the United States - including
PO Boxes and military addresses. Saturday and residential deliveries at no extra cost. Maximum allowable weight is
70 pounds.
USPS Express Mail®
USPS's fastest service for time-sensitive packages. Guaranteed next-day and second-day delivery nationwide or your
money back. Next day delivery by noon or by 3:00 pm to many destinations. Delivery to most addresses in the United States
- including PO Boxes and military addresses. Delivery to most locations 365 days a year, including Sundays and holidays at
no extra charge. Automatically insured to $100 against loss or damage. Provides signature proof of delivery upon request
and tracking information. Postage fully refunded upon application if delivery is not made or attempted by the specified time
period, depending on the destination.
Federal Express (FedEx):
With FedEx, you have
a choice of 4 shipping methods including normal ground delivery, 3-day, 2-day, or overnight if you're
in a real crunch. As an added bonus,
all orders shipped via FedEx provide up-to-the-minute tracking available on the Internet or by phone. Tracking
via the Internet can be accessed at the FedEx website or
by phone toll-free at 800-GoFedEx (800-463-3339).
Please note that FedEx cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
FedEx Ground
FedEx Ground is our normal shipping method. It provides guaranteed on-schedule, day-specific delivery
to destinations in the U.S. and Puerto Rico. Anticpate 5 days for delivery, not including weekends and holidays.
Prompt, dependable, lowest-cost ground delivery makes FedEx Ground an excellent economical choice for
all routine shipments.
FedEx 3-Day Select
FedEx 3-Day Select is the smart choice for time sensitive packages on a cost sensitive budget. It
offers the ideal mix of economy and time delivery.
Guaranteed delivery within 3 business days to every U.S. address in the 48 contiguous states.
FedEx 2nd Day Air
FedEx 2nd Day Air allows you to save on packages that don't require overnight delivery. Use FedEx 2nd Day Air
as an economical alternative for time sensitive shipments that do not require overnight service.
Guaranteed delivery to all 50 states and Puerto Rico by the end of the second business day. Deliveries
to certain locations in Alaska may require additional time in transit.
Second-day service provides substantial savings compared to rates for overnight service.
FedEx Next Day Air
FedEx Next Day Air features fast, reliable delivery to all 50 states and Puerto Rico, making it the right
choice for all overnight shipments.
Guaranteed on-time delivery by 10:30 a.m., 12:00 noon, or the end of the next business day, depending on
location. Saturday deliveries arrive by 12:00 noon or 1:30 p.m. Some shipments to Alaska and Hawaii require
additional time in transit.
Cancellation
If at any time you need to cancel or change your order and it has not yet shipped, simply give us a
phone call at (281) 361-SHACK (7422) and we'll immediately stop processing your order. We understand
that children have a tendency to change their minds.

Your satisfaction is VERY important to us! That's why we have a 5-day 100% money-back refund policy and a 10-day exchange policy. If
you receive an item that you are not 100% happy with, you have a choice of returning it to us for either an exchange with another product
of equal or lesser value or a complete refund. If you choose to get a refund, you must send the product back to us within 5 business days
of receiving the order. You will be refunded 100% of the product cost (plus tax, if applicable), but we cannot credit you the shipping and handling

Reference your invoice number in the email note and explain the nature of the problem. Refunds will only be given if it's a manufacturer's
defect and not a result of damage you caused or wear & tear. Items for exchange must not be damaged or exhibit any wear, as they will be
donated to a local charity since we cannot resell them. All returned items will be closely examined.
