Browse throughout our website as much as you'd like and select whichever animal, clothing, and accessories you'd like for your child. Begin the checkout process at any time by clicking on the Checkout icon in the top right hand corner of your screen. Follow the step-by-step procedure providing your name, address, shipping method, payment method, etc.

In a short period of time, you will receive a package via U.S. Postal Service (USPS) or Federal Express (FedEx) at your doorstep with a partially stuffed animal, as well as any clothing and accessories you have ordered. We pre-stuff the head, arms, and legs of the animal you selected. This is where the stuffing experience begins. We supply the wishing star or angel and a birth certificate, which personalizes your child's experience. Your child completes the stuffing process manually.

Just follow these simple instructions:

1. When your package arrives, open it and check to make sure all items ordered are included.
2. The animal has a Velcro strip on its back. Open it and you will see a pocket on the inside. Pull it out. Then, you will see a zipper with a string attached.
3. Pulling upward on the string will unzip the pocket. Place the stuffing ("fluff") within the animal.
4. After your child has finished with the "fluff", ask him or her to make a secret wish on the angel or star and place it into the animal.
5. Then you can carefully zip up the stuffed animal and cut the thread on the zipper. The zipper is now locked in place. (If for any reason you need to re-open the zipper, simply place a paper clip or needle through the hole in the top, and pull upward and down.)
6. Close the Velcro back to create a secret pocket. Your child can later open the Velcro strip and place items he or she loves into this pocket.
7. Your child can then name the animal and complete its birth certificate.
8. Roll the certificate and secure with a rubber band onto the animal's paw.
